Changed aeron connections from MDC (similar to udp multicast), to single and unique connections. Fixed issues with duplicate handshake messages. Fixed issues when trying to connect too quickly. Fixed issue with RMI from a server -> client, where the RMI proxy objects were getting overridden by different connections because the RMI object cache was shared between all connections in the server.

Added tests for restarting a client via client.close(). connection.close() with a onDisconnect listener also works. The instance that started the aeron instance, is the one that cleans it up
